To think that the greatest betrayal would come from Feng Tianhua, Xing Yiyue once again burst into laughter. She looked like a deranged woman in her husband's eyes at the moment.

She knew that this was the final blow to her and Feng Tianhua's relationship.

"Of course, you wouldn't leave without receiving compensation for carrying my child for months," Feng Tianhua nonchalantly said.

"My lawyer will contact you soon. Don't bother calling me ever again." He turned around, burying one hand inside his pocket, leaving Xing Yiyue in despair.

Feng Tianhua didn't want to keep such a woman by his side. Who knew what kind of scheme she would do next against him? He also didn't want his child to get influenced by Xing Yiyue.

If only she didn't dare to harm Tang Moyu in the past, Feng Tianhua was willing to overlook and ignore her poor background and accept her as his wife. But the fact that she schemed against the woman he loved— how could he turn a blind eye to it?

There was nothing more dangerous than a woman blinded by jealousy. For this reason, Feng Tianhua was willing to break ties with her. He would rather uproot the weed before it could cause him more troubles in the future.

  A person like him…

Feng Tianhua didn't like the feeling of being not in control. To think a woman like Liang Ling had managed to fool him to this extent— he hated her even more than he already did.

So, instead, he made a phone call to her, aware that she might not even answer it. However, after the second ring, he heard Tang Moyu's sleepy voice.

"Hello? Who's this?" he heard her ask.

Feng Tianhua glanced at his watch, seeing it was already four in the afternoon. He had never thought the empress took leisure in having afternoon naps.

"Moyu, it's me. Can we talk?" he replied and waited nervously for her answer.

Instead of hearing Tang Moyu's voice, he heard a shuffling sound from the other line which was followed by a familiar voice.

"Haven't learned enough lessons yet, dear little brother? My wife does not have time to talk to you," Feng Tianyi said.

On the Devil's side, he was seated on the bed next to Tang Moyu as she slept when her phone rang, breaking the peacefulness of their afternoon. He furrowed his brows, brought down the book he was reading and was about to take her phone to answer it himself when Tang Moyu beat him into it.

"It's alright, Tianyi. Trust me. I want to know what he wanted to say this time." Tang Moyu snatched back the phone from his hand and answered Feng Tianhua.

"Moyu, you are right. I shouldn't have easily believed Xing Yiyue's words. I'm breaking up with her."

The corners of Tang Moyu's lips curled up.

"What does it have to do with me? Does CEO Feng expect me to congratulate you? It took you so long to unveil your wife's secrets, huh."

"Moyu, in the past, I actually thought that you were the one who betrayed me— that you slept with another man to spite me and break our engagement not knowing that it was all planned by Xing Yiyue." Feng Tianhua recalled the past events between them and let out a sigh.

"So, regarding my past actions toward you, I apologize."

Feng Tianyi raised a brow at his brother's admission. Since Tang Moyu didn't want to keep secrets from her husband, she'd chosen to put the call in loudspeaker for them to hear what bullshit Feng Tianhua would spout this time.

It was just she had never thought that one day, she would hear "I'm sorry" coming from his mouth after all that? had happened between them.

"Ha, this is surprising. To think that CEO Feng finally learned how to apologize— but don't you think it's too late now? What's the use of saying sorry now? If you truly regret what you have done, then please stay out of our lives."

Feng Tianhua then realized that he was truly late and he had wasted a lot of chances to be with her in the past— too late to the point of no return as she was already his sister-in-law and had given birth to his brother's twins.

"Dear little brother, if you dare to harass my wife again, rest assured that I won't hold back this time," Feng Tianyi narrowed his eyes as he warned his brother.

By this time, Tang Moyu fell silent. Feng Tianhua was the second person to apologize to her. Thinking about the past, if Feng Tianhua hadn't met Xing Yiyue, perhaps everything would have been different.

She wouldn't have ended sleeping with Feng Tianyi and wouldn't have gotten pregnant. If Xing Yiyue didn't scheme against her, Tang Moyu was sure she wouldn't have Xiao Bao and Little Star in her life.

And maybe, she wouldn't meet and eventually fall in love with her husband if none of it happened.

"Be good to Moyu or else—" they heard Feng Tianhua begin to threaten.

"You don't have to tell me how I should treat my wife. Naturally, I will cherish and love her the most. There's no need for you to worry about my Moyu," Feng Tianyi cut him off, wrapping his arms around his wife, and gently kissing the side of her face.

"Well then, if you don't have anything else to say, goodbye," Tang Moyu said before ending the call. She then turned to face her husband who was still annoyed being disturbed by his brother.

"He's quite persistent," Feng Tiany commented. "Perhaps it's time for me to make a move."

"You don't have to be rash. I don't think he will dare to disturb me again."
