  As Jin Ze was about to politely ask if the man wanted a drink, Qin Yinan dropped the document in his hands on the table. “CEO Jin, I’m sorry to disturb you so late at night, but I hope you’ll give me some time to finish reading this document.”


  Jin Ze was confused by Qin Yinan’s series of actions. He looked at the man who stood beside the sofa for a while before asking Qin Yinan to sit. He sat down, took the file, opened it, and peeled out the document from within.

  Qin Yinan did not stand on ceremony with Jin Ze; he quickly sat down across from Jin Ze. The room was quiet except for the sound of the paper as Jin Ze flipped through the pages.

  The further he read, the deeper the frown on Jin Ze’s face. When he finished, Qin Yinan retrieved a pen from his pocket and placed it before Jin Ze. “CEO Jin, if there’s no problem, please sign the paper immediately. I’ve contacted my lawyer to make all the necessary arrangements. The moment you sign, I’ll have him come up to officiate this document, and the papers will be sent to the court right after, effective immediately.”


  Jin Ze lowered his eyes to flip through the document again before tossing the document on the table. He leaned back in the sofa as he studied Qin Yinan’s demeanor closely. After some time, he laughed to himself before saying, “CEO Qin, are you sure you’re not sleep-walking?”


  “No……” Before Qin Yinan answered, Jin Ze continued. “.……CEO Qin, may I ask, what sort of game are you playing? You came to my hotel room in the middle of the night to give me several million in assets? I really don’t have the guts to drop a signature on a suspiciously sweet deal like this, so CEO Qin…… name your price. I’ll think about it before I come to a decision.”


  Qin Yinan seemed to be waiting for this question from Jin Ze because as the other man finished, he answered readily, “Cheng Qingchong.”


  Jin Ze was stunned. He repeated Cheng Qingchong’s name as if he couldn’t believe his ears, “Cheng Qingchong?”


  “Yes, Cheng Qingchong,” Qin Yinan confirmed for Jin Ze. “That’s my condition, Cheng Qingchong.”


  Both parties were experienced businessmen, there were certain things that needn’t to be spelt out. By then, Jin Ze had understood Qin Yinan had found out some things that he shouldn’t have.

  Jin Ze lowered his eyes to sweep the document spreading across the table. He was quiet for two seconds before laughing softly. “CEO Qin, I’ve got to say, I’m surprised that you’re such a loyal man. You’re willing to give up so much for the sake of a mere woman?”


  “How else am I going to convince CEO Jin?” Qin Yinan replied in his graceful manner, his tone flat without a trace of emotion. “CEO Jin is a clever man, and everyone in the business circle knows that you don’t do deal that isn’t beneficial to yourself, so I believe, this contract I’m offering is perhaps the most beneficial trade to CEO Jin, right? Plus, CEO Jin, haven’t you been showing interest in my Qin Company’s stocks for the past few months? What you want is currently sitting right before you. There’s no reason for you to say no, right?”
