After having her breakfast, Li Bingbing went to change into a semi-formal attire. She was now wearing a tie neck ruffle sleeveless blouse and black formal pants.

  "Sebby, take care of the house. If Lu Xian Yu tries to do anything strange, notify me." Li Bingbing said as she took her bag.

  "Yes, wifey."

  Lu Xian Yu frowned. "Who the hell is your wife?" He finds it annoying with the way he called Li Bingbing. He turned to her, "Where are you going? Why are you so dressed up?"

  "Job hunt. I realized that I need to do something proper for once." She went and wore three inches heels. "I’ll be back before you know it. Don’t miss me too much, okay?" She winks at him.

  He chuckled and walked towards her. "I’ll be going out today, let me know if you need anything, I’ll fly to your side in no time." He leans down and pecked her lips.

  Li Bingbing just gave him a smile without saying anything. She turned and left her place.

  She rode a taxi and headed to the Xia company. Li Bingbing has already decided to investigate Xia Sinian ’marriage’ life. She still doesn’t believe that he is already married. To do this, she must approach him. Even she was scared of being ignored by him, she will do anything to make him fall for her again.

  Arriving in the Xia company, Li Bingbing was one of the people that was going to be interviewed that day. She has already set an appointment in advance, that’s why she went and waited for her turn to come.

  Li Bingbing was a confident person so she wasn’t worried about facing the interviewers when her turn arrived.

  Her grades in high school and college were above average. One look from it, the staff was able to tell that Li Bingbing was an exceptional person. With the way she answered the questions given by the staffs, she obtained a good impression from them.

  After leaving the room, she heaves out a sigh in relief. Seeing the faces on the staffs, Li Bingbing was able to tell that she has a high chance of being accepted.

  All she has to do now is to wait for them to notify her.

  When the elevator door slid open after she reached the ground floor, she saw a tall man, standing in front of her.

  Xia Sinian was surprised to see Li Bingbing in his company and Li Bingbing was able to notice it.

  Li Bingbing tried to remain calm by giving him a smile. "Good morning, Mr. Xia."

  Xia Sinian’s face instantly became cold. "What are you doing here?"

  "I’m applying for a job. This happens to be the closest company from my place." Li Bingbing stepped out of the elevator and the elevator door slid closed behind her.

  "I hope you won’t let our past come in between your decision in accepting me here. I am here to work, nothing else." She knows that the final decision will be in his hand. She bowed at him before she passed by him.

  Li Bingbing took a quick glance on his hand and saw the silver ring on his finger. She clenched her fists upon seeing this. He was still wearing the ring……

  Xia Sinian stood there for a while. He was snapped out from his trance when he saw the elevator doors open and his workers were greeting him.

  He ignored them. He entered the elevator and went to the top floor. He saw his assistant by his table so he went to him "Get me Li Bingbing’s résumé." After saying that, he entered his office.

  His cold face cracked when he entered his room. He never expected that Li Bingbing will want to work in his company. He knows how capable she was, especially in computers. With her help, things will become easier for the Programming department in his company.

  He went and sat on his swivel chair. He looked at the ring on his finger. He gently caressed it; he was looking at it as if it was so important for him. He slid the ring off of his finger and took a small navy box from his table’s drawer.

  When he opened it, another ring was seen. It was a ring with a diamond on top. He placed his ring inside and stared at it for a while.

  At the back of the rings, an ’XS ♥ LB’ was engraved on it. A pained smile appeared on his lips. "You’re still an idiot for loving me."

  He kept the ring box in the drawer. He leaned against his seat and looked up at the ceiling.

  Li Bingbing was still wearing his glasses. After she found out that he was wearing no grade glasses, she took it from him during their college days. Ever since then, he stopped wearing glasses.

  By seeing that she still has his glasses, Xia Sinian knows that she was still into him. "That troublesome girl."
