Jian Qi held the pistol in her hand and smiled devilishly. She seemed cunning to him.

  “Oh! Your gun has been snatched away!” Jian Qi pretended to be surprised and laughed out loud. She seemed smug and annoying at the same time. “Instructor Tang, what’s wrong with you? Can’t you even hold the pistol properly? Tell me! Did you get all excited because you saw me?”


  Tang Jinyu looked at her calmly. He still remained calm and distant even though she was pointing the pistol at him.

  “Instructor Tang, they were right. I do indeed want to torture you!” Jian Qi smiled and said.

  “Oh?” Tang Jinyu raised his eyebrow slightly. He stared right at her. “Jian Qi, when did you become so daring?”


  “This is the first time that I can torture you openly. I’ll surely grab hold of this chance!” Jian Qi smiled and said.

  “I didn’t know that you have always had this kind of intention in your heart.” Tang Jinyu remained calm, his face placid.

  Even so, Jian Qi could clearly feel the dangerous vibe surrounding his whole being.

  “Jian Qi, do you know about the pistol in your hand?” Tang Jinyu changed the subject all of a sudden.

  Jian Qi peeked at it. Then, she smiled playfully. “This is a M1917 revolver. You can only put six bullets in it. Moreover, its accuracy and durability are good.”


  Tang Jinyu smirked and said calmly, “You do know about the pistol. But, do you think there is any bullet left in the pistol?”


  Jian Qi frowned slightly. She then smiled softly and said, “Instructor Tang, are you trying to mess with my head?”


  “You used up a bullet when you shot Instructor Lu just now. Normally, you’ll load up the pistol with bullets again. Then, you shot four bullets at me just now. Hence, there should be two bullets left in the pistol. Even if you didn’t reload the pistol after shooting Instructor Lu, there should still be a bullet left in the pistol!”


  “Is that so?” Tang Jinyu gave her a meaningful look. “What if it only had five bullets to begin with?”


  Jian Qi frowned slightly after she heard what Tang Jinyu said. All kinds of thoughts ran through her mind. She wanted to find out whether he was telling the truth.

  “Why don’t you give it a try?” Tang Jingyu smirked and walked toward her.

  A muffled click was heard.

  There was indeed no bullet.

  The pistol only had five bullets!

  Why did he put one less bullet in the pistol?
