  After hearing the system warning, the Demon Faction players from every part of “Honor and Glory” were overwhelmed by shock. This was so unbelievable to the point they were completely oblivious to the tasks at hand. They suddenly had no idea what they were doing at the time……

  “Those useless morons! Even if they wanted to rob equipment from some of those Angel Faction newbies, there’s no need to let them into the darn city! What are they doing? Throwing a match so they’ll have more of a challenge?”


  “Fucking hell! Are they toying around with everyone’s Honor Points here?!”


  Many players thought the Sixteen Leagues were trying to pull a fast one at them.

  However……

  The players in Sin City had witnessed everything with their eyes; they saw how strong the Angel Faction players were. Their overwhelming power and attacks sent a sliver of terror and shock into the Demon Faction players’ minds who were in the city.

  In the meantime, the ones who were in the Underworld had also realized just what kind of crisis they were in after hearing this system warning……

  “Berserker Lord!!”


  “What the fuck are you doing?! I sent you down there to lead, not to screw around!!”

  On the other hand, Berserker Lord could only smile bitterly as he heard the angry barks from the elders like Savior and Zeus. The situation here was so dire that even he had no power to turn the tables.

  As soon as the hundreds of Angel Faction Winged Champions landed on the walls, a powerful surge of Tier 5 electric element struck from above! The lightning strike was so strong that it felt as though a powerful quake had rocked the entire dimension!

  At the same time, a gush of Ice attacks were hurled over too, synchronized with the lightning in perfect harmony. Fourteen Frost Ramparts appeared before everyone’s eyes and then burst everything around them into smithereens…… corpses, equipment, shattered barriers were seen everywhere in the aftermath of the battle.

  Of course, not everyone was killed immediately. There were a few Winged Champions who were able to endure such a powerful chain AoE attacks…… then, a powerful absorbing force could be felt coming from the walls!

  Facing the enemies, the two troops moved and reacted quickly in an attempt to emerge victorious. However, the Demon Faction players had a much different experience than the Angel Faction when retaliating…… several Demon Faction Elementalists flung out their Magic Scrolls immediately after regaining their composure; however, their magic attacks strayed away from their targets. Then, the attacks dissolved into a million particles while being directed at the same direction.

  It was Majestic Hero’s doing, judging by a powerful Black Hole which was swirling around fiercely in his hands!

  Then, the swirling Black Hole turned quicker and quicker…… absorbing everything in its path within thirty diameters! The strength of the gravitational pull was so powerful that it even pulled the corpses and equipment around towards his feet!

  Under the effect of the Black Hole, every other Elementalist in the vicinity had lost their fighting chance…… this was why Qin Ruo and Majestic Hero were selected to strike first……

  As for the Angel Faction Winged Champions, they held their positions with their Elementalists on the walls. As soon as the Black Hole’s effect dispersed, they then immediately resumed their attacks.

  The Berserkers and Swordmasters were quicker on their feet; a few steps down from the walls, they rained down various kinds of attacks to the Demon Faction Elementalists while surrounding the other players. In mere minutes, the enemies warriors had been all surrounded while their Elementalists were all struck down.

  As more and more Winged Champions from the Angel Faction landed onto the walls, a looming dread spread like wildfire among the Demon Faction players in the scene. As they were slowly losing their walls, a more dreadful thing then happened!

  As the thought of the oncoming enemies that descended from the sky and coming through the broken walls were already difficult to handle, another troop had struck directly on the city gate!

  Titanwrath Strike!

  Thunderslash!

  Explosive Rock!

  Enneadic Chain Arrows!

  Hundreds of attack skills and magic attacks all stormed together, like an unstoppable living tsunami striking at the metallic gate.

  Boom!! Booooom!!! Boooooom!!!

  As the attacks landed on the gate, the noises that it made were so loud that the Demon Faction players felt as though the attacks had also landed on their heads! As the gate was enduring strike after strike, its HP depleted quickly. The gate would surely fall at any time now.

  ***

  The powerful attacks from the Winged Champions from the sky, the powerful strikes on their city gate, the never-ending invading forces from the ground…… the Demon Faction players’ defenses were getting nibbled away in huge chunks by the second, resulting in giving away the advantage to the Angel Faction.

  The usually arrogant yet unproductive newbie League Leaders were now either killed or had fled. The fleeing Dark Gold Emperor did not even dare look at the furious Berserker Lord; seeing the thousands and thousands of enemies flocking in like an angry swarm of hornets were enough to make him scared shitless.

  “So this is your so-called defense? Is this all Dark Gold Empire got for us?” Berserker Lord’s body shuddered profusely with anger.

  Even though Berserker Lord did bring hundreds of his Winged Champions to the west gate, the Dark Gold Empire had already taken the foothold on the walls before he arrived. There were too many of these untrained Dark Gold men wasting space in the vicinity that resulted in only a handful of Berserker League’s champions getting onto the walls. This created a tremendous weak defense line for the city’s west side.

  Nonetheless, Qin Ruo and Majestic Hero’s battle plan was quite flawless. Their collaborativeness and attacks were also impeccable.

  Deep down, Berserker Lord did feel a little glad that the Dark Gold Empire and the other lowly leagues stood before him and turned into cannon fodder. This helped prevent Berserker’s League from sustaining huge losses thereby ruining their reputation at the same time.

  It was obvious that the Angel Faction had now gained the upper-hand with their Winged Champions, turning the west side of Sin City into their turf…… if he could quickly rally all the sixteen leagues to work together in order to stop them before the situation got too dire, it was still possible to rid these pesky ‘angels’ of the city.

  Making up his mind, Berserker Lord threw a leer at Dark Gold Emperor, “If you don’t want Sin City to fall, you better order everyone who owns a flying pet to gather at Sin City at once! And tell all Tier 5 players to get their asses here too!”


  “Pets with flight abilities?”


  Dark Gold Emperor’s eyes suddenly glimmered with hope.

  Even though he was a weak leader, Dark Gold Emperor was no fool. After hearing this, he immediately understood what plan Berserker Lord had in mind; he immediately summoned for all the relevant members in his league.

  ***

  After the grand feat on the city’s west walls, Majestic Hero had deactivated his Black Hole and allowed the Field Commanders to continue their advance into the city. As he oversaw the advance, Majestic Hero did not forget to pay extra attention to observe several Demon Faction players who were able to retreat from danger earlier.

  One of them was Berserker Lord, riding an unknown flying monster fifty meters in the sky. He too was watching Majestic Hero.

  Majestic Hero only gave him a glance and then turned his attention back to the advancing troops. He knew who Berserker Lord was and what he was capable of; however, he was not worried—Qin Ruo had already vanished under everyone’s noses and snuck into the city earlier.

  Booom!!!

  The mighty West Gate of Sin City finally fell, shattering to several dozen metallic pieces as it landed on the ground! Several Demon Faction players who were standing near the gate were unfortunately struck by the flying debris of metal and shrapnel and dropped dead onto the ground.

  “March!!!!”


  “Oh, hell yeah!!! Let’s get in there and kill those bastards!”


  “Hey, Demon Faction pussies! I’m here to slit your throats!”


  “Brothers, let’s go!!”


  Cloaked under the cover fire provided by the Elementalists on the walls, thousands and thousands of Angel Faction players flocked through the city gate. They were all Tier 5 players which meant there was no way the Demon Faction players could hold off these monsters with whatever little defense they had left.

  Seeing that the gate had fallen, Majestic Hero hopped down from the walls and led his Winged Champions into the city!

  “Wow!!”


  “Look, Sis Pretty! It’s so intense!”


  “Wow, this is so cool!!”


  The Bandit babe “Xin Yu” and Pretty Woman watched the battle intently in the city, after being escorted to the west walls. There were no dramatic sword crossings or duels; just a massive wave of firepower from the Angel Faction army, obliterating anything that stood in its path.

  This was the first time they got to witness battles like this.

  The perfect combination of the Angel Faction players and their immense strength were the ones that caught their eyes.

  They thought the Demon Faction was something of a fearful enemy—an enemy that was so strong that one did not simply trifle with them. Yet, after seeing the Angel Faction Leagues’ powerful attacks on Sin City, even the battle-hardened Pretty Woman was surprised.

  She and Xin Yu were right behind Majestic Hero and Qin Ruo, escorted by the massive army who were commanding their troops to advance further into the west gate. They saw every move and every command that was given.

  ‘So, is this war? So…… this is how being a League Leader is like?’


  “Sis Violet? Who’s this little girl? Oh, and a Bandit too at that?” As Pretty Woman was totally enamored by what she saw, a fierce looking bald-headed man, wielding a pair of terrifying metallic gauntlets, appeared before them. He threw a weird, funny looking smile at Xin Yu and Pretty Woman, sending a creepy chill down their spines.

  It was Steel Dude.

  Violet Orchid smiled as she oversaw the battle on the walls.

  “Xin Yu has her uses. Wait and see.”


  As she spoke, her eyes were locked onto an area not far away from the walls……

  Whoosh! Whooosh!!!!

  Suddenly, there were flying monsters rising above the streets in Sin City. Carrying Demon Faction on their backs, they flew towards Berserker Lord in the sky.

  On the other hand, more and more players suddenly logged off from the game, leaving many empty spaces on the streets……

  Then, beams flashed continuously on the city’s Warp Portal again as more and more players with Demonic Wings glided towards the city from three directions.

  In an instant, a huge dark cloud of Demonic Wings gathered above Sin City.

  The Sixteen Leagues of Demon Faction had finally decided to take the Angel Faction’s invasion seriously……
