Snapping my eyes open after that deadly jolt tearing through my nervous system, the searing heat of sera's radiance seemed to creep through my organs, uprooting them where they stood the moment her blade punctured my chest.

I hastily hoisted myself up from the luxurious mattress with a quick jerk. The familiar scent of amber wood spilled over my nose, clearing them out. Stinging my eyes wet with its aroma, I growled, scanning my left and right.

"What is up with sect and amber wood?" I lamented, pushing to my feet. I stepped outside my room, spotting a lone rabbit, cleaning up. Humming a small tone, she did not even sense my arrival but the touch of my hand against her shoulder. "Darling, where am I?"

A tremor ran down her back, and a high pitch squeal exploded in my ears. Resisting the urge to slap her head off, I chose to smile, unsure if Sera was watching. "You done?" She covered her mouth, nodding repeatably, frightened beyond measures for some reason. "Good? Now, where am I?"

The Little Rabit beady eyes blinked as a bit of recognition overflowed within her, and her eyes widened, "M'lord!" She cried, pulling her head down into a bow, as not to meet my eye. Quivering uncontrollably as though I was some great monster, she stuttered her words. "Y-Y-Your in the Holy Swords Medical Hall. Forgive me, m'lord."

"Do I know you?" I calmly asked, lifting my lips.

"M-m-my husband." She muttered out, and my smile deepened. "I-i-I am the wife of Kerr'ii."

"Ah~ I remember him. The two pump chump. I did make him a promise." I cried, bearing a warm smile.

The Little Rabit, let's see, her name is Sienna, and she is definitely a catch. Her ears were long but were at attention due to fear. I could practically feel her blood pumping through her veins. Sienna, without a doubt, was a gorgeous catch. She had long legs, similar to Victoria. There was a bit of snowy fur on the back of her palm that seemed to trail up her cleavage, but for the most part, Sienna looked like the average human.

"Are you done, trying to get laid? You lower beings will amaze me how all you can think about is sex." The lovely sera scolded from my rear. Not needing to look at her face to tell she was irritated, I pulled around carrying my usual smirk.

"A virgin you are then." I cut to the heart of the matter, studying her pupils' ever so slight contracting and the tender crease that came and went, with most none the wiser. Crackling into laughter, I crossed my arms, "I'm sure you angels marry, love, experiment. Is it just the act of sex you don't like or the lustful eyes you receive even from your brethren? Well, you never had sex, so what would you know?"

"And you just happen to know this?"

Sparkling like a god of eternal light, I flicked my hair, "My dare, do you not know my other name? They call me the Boo——"

"You know what? I don't particularly care," Said Seraphina cutting me clean off. She stared, and I stared right back, smiling. She was a bit hard to read, but I was sure she was irritated. It was almost like a whisper of the laws of devil's heart telling me so. "The lessons shall begin today. Follow me."

"Yet again, why would I do so?" I coldly inquired. It was well in my interest to follow Sera, but always falling in line is not always a wise move. I needed to be defiant; I needed to sow a bit of discord in her heart if I am to take care of Sera in the future.

"Mr. Bloodgrave, while you were unconscious, I found out a few things. Your race is practically unheard of." She claimed, and the phantom beating of my heart seized. "It rejects almost everything—even my slave imprint. If I cannot control you, I will personally head to Midgard and kill everyone there. "

Dismissing her threats, I began my ploy, "You angels. How you have fallen." I approached Sera and glared down at her, who stood a little shorter than I was, and glared into her Aloof golden eyes. "You know, I am a reincarnated mortal. In my old world, there was a religion that spoke of you angels. They spoke of Gabriel, Michael, even the Fallen Lucifer." Pausing for a moment to let the weight of my words sink in, I could see the conflict within her ripple. Try as she could to hide her emotions. "I know all about the Seven Virtues of your kind, but to see you like this. It makes me see you all as nothing more than misguided devils. Tell me, how is what you are doing now different from what happened in the last war? Where the demons and devil of the nines did what you are doing? You know what? Don't answer, but do know, I live on Midgard. I have seen devils; I have seen what they are like, and I know that anything is justifiable."

  "We!"

I raised my hand and shook my head, "I don't care. You just threaten my family, Lady Seraphina. You threaten innocent people who you just tried to enslave. If you wanted Arsene, then all you had to do was go after him, but you attacked Midgard to destroy it. You screwed up." Smiling inwardly at the turmoil racing through that little mind of hers, I took a step back," Please lead the way. You won, Seraphina."

She lowered her head with visible loss of word. Appearing a little delicate, unknowingly, I was sure of. I did not try to convince her of her actions anymore. I am sure she is angry. She had a right to be, but is it not the demons who cannot control their sins? Are angels not supposed to be better than us? To be an example to those of the Bed of Chaos?

I didn't need to say that. I knew Sera was thinking about all of this. After all, simply based on their activities as of late. I have come to learn that angels are just children. That became lost in their own arrogance, just like most cultivators—a shame I have to taint such a delicacy.

There was hesitation in her movement as we headed through the corridor from the medical hall out into the vibrant skies painted in white light that showcased the clear azure blue skies without a hint of clouds.

A little blinded by the Light, Sera turned to me with a hint of resolution, but before she could speak to justify herself and her brethren. My demonic heart spoke out for me, "If it's about you making your piece, then save it. But tell me, how long before your kind begins to fall? A devil will always tempt, and an angel will save. Tell me, Seraphina, if they don't save the soul of creation anymore but rather bring about their destruction…… How are you any different from a demon? Peace or not, I wonder, are you, not your brethren. You! Are you making the right move? For your immortal soul?"
