For the next 30 hours, Shiro had Lisandra and Yin join them for a level 65 dungeon. While the monsters were tough, it was still within their reach and they could kill them with their combined power.

Shiro however, took this chance to test out her new weapon, Genesis.

"Where did you find another gun Shiro?" Lyrica asked while decapitating one of the monsters with the help of Lisandra.

"This? I just got a few items and upgraded my old pistol." Shiro replied with a smile since they had already seen the Harbinger’s Song which she created during their fight against the Blood Monarch.

"Heh~ What does it do?" Madison asked curiously.

  "Fufu~ Just watch." Shiro smiled.

Raising her hand cannon, she glanced at the monster that was jumping towards her and grinned.

  *Clack

Changing the type of bullet that she wanted to use, she pulled the trigger.

  *BANG!!!!

Piercing into the monster’s body, the bullet shattered apart into tiny shrapnels that were enhanced by both Light and Dark Star element. As they both had links to fire, they were surprisingly compatible despite one being light and the other dark.

Shredding through its body, the bullets charred its insides to dust.

  *URAGHH

Crying out in pain, the party could see the monster kneel down lifelessly. As it collapsed against the floor, its body shattered apart thanks to the force and exposed the charred insides.

"Yeesh. Damn, I didn’t think it would one shot a level 65." Madison muttered in surprise.

"Well I’d say it’s more of an overkill right now. I can probably kill a level 75 in one shot since the power of my bullets scales up to my INT stat." Shiro replied with a smile.

Changing the type of bullet once more, she fired her gun towards the 3 enemies that wanted to ambush Silvia.

  *PUCHI PUCHI PUCHI!!!

3 needle sized holes could be seen as it pierced their heads. However, despite the entry hole being the size of a needle, the power of the bullet couldn’t be underestimated.

This bullet was one that specialised in penetrating defences. Reinforced with a mix of metal and shadow element, it would pierce the enemy’s armour and release a torrent of corrosive shadows in their body. Not only that, but the bullet itself would also expand and change its shape, helping it shred through their internal organs.

Right now, if one were to look carefully, the bullet had changed its shape to resemble a blender blade.

"How many types of bullets do you even have?" Madison asked since the wound caused by her second bullet was completely different from the first. For a weapon and bullet to work on monsters, Madison didn’t even want to know about the manufacturing costs of hiring a talented blacksmith for this.

"Oh, I got 5 types of bullets so far. The first two you’ve seen. They’re called the Internal burn and Internal Rupturing bullets. For the third bullet, it’s called the phantom bullet since it’s invisible. Fourth is called Glacial bullet and it’s rather self-explanatory. As for the fifth and last type of bullet, it’s called Lightning Web which should be pretty self explanatory as well." Shiro replied with a smile.

"Damn. Can you add more bullets in the future?" Madison asked.

  "Of course." Shiro nodded.

However, despite the fact that she made it seem like nothing, she’ll have to recalibrate the weapon all over again. That was because any conflicts between the systems would cause an overall shut down and blow up the gun. While she could make multiple guns for multiple bullets, it would take too long in a fight and would be quite a handful.

"Can I give it a try?" Madison asked as she was quite curious about how a gun would feel. Ever since dungeons and the system came to be, guns were effectively useless since they couldn’t fight against mana. This made it so that the gun industry stopped entirely as people aimed to make weapons with mana instead.

"Sure. Just brace yourself for the impact." Shiro warned and handed her Genesis.

"Heh~ It’s heavier than I thought." Madison muttered and aimed the gun with both hands.

Pulling the trigger, she could feel a decent chunk of her mana being sucked away.

  *BANG!

  "Gah!"

The recoil caused her to lose grip of the gun. Smashing against her face, the gun fell on the ground.

"You ok?" Shiro asked while picking up the gun.

"How the hell do you even use that with one hand!?" Madison asked as she rubbed her face in pain.

"High stats? And I distribute the force evenly to lessen the impact." Shiro replied with a smile.

"Let me try again, I refuse to let a gun defeat me!" Madison protested.

"Sure. Silvia, Lyrica, you two can give it a try as well." Shiro offered with a smile.

"Nah I’m fine. My strength stat is nowhere near as high as Madi’s. I’ll only hurt myself more." Silvia chuckled.

"I’ll stick with swords for now." Lyrica shook her head.

"Alright. But if you want a go, just tell me."

"Mum can I give it a try?" Yin asked.

"You?" Shiro raised an eyebrow in disdain. For a bird that put most of her stats in INT and didn’t know how to redistribute the force, there was no way that Yin could handle the recoil.

"What? I just want to give it a try ok?" Yin pouted.

"Hais…… you can try after Madi. Lisa, you want to give it a try too?"

"No I’m fine." Lisandra rejected for the same reason as Lyrica.

Nodding her head, Shiro turned towards Madison once more. This time, since she was prepared for the recoil, she adjusted her posture and centre of gravity.

Taking a deep breath, she pulled the trigger.

  *BANG!

Firing the weapon once more, the gun wasn’t blown out of her hands but she was still affected by the after effects.

"Ssss! Damn. The recoil of this gun is insane." Madison complained while trying to shake off the pain in her hands.

"Well it’s a powerful gun after all. The recoil is necessary." Shiro shrugged with a small smile. Taking the gun, she handed it to Yin.

"Now give it a try." Shiro sighed.

"Hmph, just watch me." Yin pouted.

Taking the gun, she copied Shiro and aimed down with only one hand. Before anyone could warn her, she pulled the trigger.

  *BANG!

To their surprise, she didn’t move at all and wasn’t affected by the recoil.

"See? Hmph, this baby is strong." Yin scoffed and gave Shiro her gun back.

"What just happened?" Madison asked as her smile fluctuated. She had just been defeated by a mage/glutton in terms of strength.

"She just reinforced her body with the ridiculous amounts of mana that she has. A single shot took around 500k to 1million worth of mana points." Shiro rolled her eyes.

  *Cough!

"You found out?" Yin smiled embarrassingly since she had thought that she camouflaged it rather well.

"Of course I did. But B+ for effort." Shiro smiled since what Yin tried, despite being highly inefficient, was indeed a viable option. Once they’ve increased their mana control along with efficiency, they’ll be able to use some of her more powerful weapons despite not having the STR stat for it. Even now, Shiro is only managing to use her weapon due to her insane body control, mana control and overall stats due to her monster title.

  "Ehhh~ Only B+?" Yin pouted.

"Try harder in your spare time then. Be like your sister and work hard." Shiro laughed.

  "Urg!"

  ###

30 hours or rather, 30 days passed quickly as they spent the entire time killing level 65 monsters. On the 20th day, they had switched to a level 70 dungeon since the levelling was slowing down a little due to their increase in levels.

But, it was worth it since the party had received a rather big power up before the elven royals arrived.

[Shiro LVL 64 Mystic Sylph Queen]

[Yin LVL 65 Dark Star Calamity]

[Lisandra LVL 64 Soul Bound Arch Angel]

  [Silvia LVL 59 Healing Saint]

[Lyrica LVL 56 Ascended Blade Dancer]

[Madison LVL 56 Demonic Shield Berserker]

Despite their party level right now, they could easily take care of a level 70 dungeon. While Lyrica and Madison were only level 56, with Silvia’s buffs, they could handle it more or less.

"Alright, I think it’s time that we make our way back to the faction. The royals should be turning up at any moment now." Shiro smiled.
